Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Psychologist to join our clients mental health team. The CBT Psychologist will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, with a focus on cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, and skills training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CBT techniques and a commitment to helping clients achieve positive outcomes and improved quality of life.*Key Responsibilities:** Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' presenting concerns, symptoms, and treatment goals.* Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans based on CBT principles, addressing cognitive distortions, maladaptive behaviors, and emotional regulation difficulties.* Utilize standardized assessment tools and outcome measures to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.* Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based CBT techniques to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and interpersonal difficulties.* Teach clients coping skills, problem-solving strategies, and relaxation techniques to manage stress, reduce symptoms, and improve overall functioning.* Implement exposure-based interventions to help clients confront and overcome avoidance behaviors and irrational fears.* Incorporate behavioral activation techniques to help clients increase engagement in rewarding activities and improve mood and motivation.* Provide skills training in areas such as assertiveness, communication, stress management, and anger management to enhance clients' ability to cope with life stressors and interpersonal challenges.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients with complex needs.* Communicate effectively with referring providers, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate referrals, treatment planning, and continuity of care.* Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to review cases, discuss treatment progress, and coordinate care efforts.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with professional standards and agency policies.* Monitor and evaluate client outcomes using outcome measures, symptom inventories, and other assessment tools to track progress and inform treatment decisions.* Prepare written reports, treatment summaries, and discharge plans as needed for clients, referring providers, and insurance companies.*Requirements:** Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.* Licensure or license-eligibility as a psychologist in the state of practice.* Specialized training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and interventions.* Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing CBT therapy to individuals with diverse mental health diagnoses and populations.* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills, with proficiency in evidence-based interventions for common mental health disorders.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport, build therapeutic alliances, and engage clients in the treatment process._Please note- The annual base salary range is $90k to $125k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
