The firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join a growing team supporting the firm's billing function and ensuring accurate timely billing processes. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who values financial administration client service and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Conduct billing operations for assigned partners including new matter intake prebill generation and invoice finalization Draft and distribute invoices submit e-bills and manage electronic billing platforms with accuracy and efficiency Support the billing team by handling appeals billing rejections and monitoring invoices with open balances Coordinate communication with attorneys partners and legal support staff while performing administrative and billing-related tasks as assigned Qualifications College degree from an accredited university 2 years of law firm billing experience (SurePoint experience preferred) Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and ability to quickly learn new systems while handling confidential information with discretion Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced billing professional seeking growth opportunities, mentorship and long-term stability.
