us! Location: New York Desk: Asia FX Trading Role Overview We are
seeking a Junior Trader to join the Asia FX Desk in New York. The
role offers direct exposure to Asia FX markets and requires strong
understanding of short?term interest rate dynamics , as well as the
ability to operate effectively in a fast?paced, team?oriented
trading environment. Key Responsibilities Support day?to?day
trading activities on the Asia FX desk Monitor market developments
across Asia FX and short?term rates Assist in risk management,
position monitoring, and P&L tracking Work closely with senior
traders to execute strategies and manage franchise relationships
Contribute to market colour, trade ideas, and desk communication
across time zones Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of
short?term interest rates and their impact on FX markets Minimum 3
years of relevant working experience (trading, structuring, or
markets?related role) Solid understanding of Asia macro and FX
market microstructure Strong analytical skills and attention to
detail Ability to work under pressure in a real?time trading
environment Preferred Attributes Franchise?friendly mindset with
strong client awareness Proven team player with excellent
communication skills Comfortable working across regions and time
zones Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week:

range $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be
determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
