We translate the meaning and feeling of messages in 170 languages. --Our clients are companies such as Sanofi, Merck, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, CMS, and NIH.Who we needWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to our headquarter office.-- You will be responsible for managing a wide variety of administrative functions such as calendar and email management, travel, and additional administrative support needed to meet company objectives.If you are a well-organized individual with strong business acumen and an exemplary work ethic, CQ would like to meet you.--What we need you to do

• Oversee day to day office functions: answering phones, greet vendors/clients--
• Manage executive department logistics and calendars for meetings and conferences, including travel management
• Submit and track expense reports for executives
• Prep meeting materials, agendas, take notes and manage action items
• Make recommendations for improving process and reduce redundancy while achieving organizational objectives
• Event planning, including but not limited to company-wide off-site events, team happy hours and executive off-site meetings
• Adhere to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential material
• Take initiative on special projects, other administrative or research as neededWhat we want you to have
  • Minimum 5 years of providing administrative and/or personal support at the executive level required
  • Office management experience--
  • Organized, flexible and proactive with strong time management skills
  • Bilingual a plus--
  • Team player with a vibrant attitude
  • Solution-oriented and resourceful
  • Must have good judgment and exercise the utmost discretion with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills with high attention to detail--
