Job Description:

Admin Assistant with Logistics Experience We are a small, but fast growing furniture installation company and we are looking for someone to join our team!This position is perfect for a fresh of the college person with a positive attitude, but if you don't have a college degree, then at least 1 year office experience.Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Schedule next day's assignments for field workers and drivers
  • Generate & maintain electronic folders and standard filing
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
  • Perform all other standard office tasksQualifications:
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Detailed oriented and highly organized
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Computer Literacy
    • Knowledge of basic office computer software like Microsoft Office (excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Ability to create basic Excel spreadsheet (borders, insert columns or rows, formulas not required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:
