Job Function:

• Foster a professional and efficient work environment by overseeing office operations, managing supply inventories, and ensuring effective maintenance practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison with building management and external service providers to address facility-related matters, ensuring adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
• Maintain vendor relationships by managing the vendor database, conducting vendor research, supporting contract administration, and coordinating team events both on-site and off-site.
• Oversee the management of IT equipment and systems, including computers, video conferencing tools, printers, and software applications. Administer and prioritize IT support requests from employees, coordinating with external IT service providers as necessary.
• Handle office procurement, monitor expenses, and ensure precise bookkeeping and timely processing of invoices.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
