detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Lyndhurst, New Jersey. In this Contract to permanent position, you
will play a vital role in managing daily administrative tasks while
serving as the first point of contact at the front desk. This is an
excellent opportunity to contribute to a collaborative office
environment and showcase your organizational skills.
Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and clients professionally,
ensuring a welcoming front desk environment. • Manage incoming
calls, directing them appropriately and providing assistance as
needed. • Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling,
filing, and document organization. • Handle data entry tasks with
accuracy and efficiency. • Collaborate with team members to support
office operations and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including SharePoint, to manage
and share documents effectively. • Maintain office supplies and
ensure the workspace remains organized. • Provide receptionist
duties, including managing mail and deliveries. • Assist with
special projects and tasks assigned by management.• Proven
experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint. •
Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent verbal
and written communication abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive
information with discretion. • Comfortable managing inbound calls
and addressing client inquiries. • Attention to detail and
commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
