Paid Time off Responsibilities: Schedules service appointments
Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle
information. Performs walk around with customer noting any damage,
and advises on any needed maintenance. Creates clear, concise, and
accurate repair orders regarding customer vehicle problems Ensures
service history is reviewed with the customer to safeguard against
incorrect information Advises customers on the how to properly care
for their cars to reinforce the value of maintaining their vehicles
in accordance with manufacturers' specifications Provides a
complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Checks on progress of repair throughout the day, and timely informs
the customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised
time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains
proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and
additional work and authorization is noted. Closes repair order as
appropriate. Explains completed work and all charges to customers.
Discuss upcoming Factory Surveys, and schedules the next service
appointment Handles telephone inquiries regarding appointments and
work in process. Manages repair order documentation to ensure full
compliance with policies and procedures. Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent We are an equal
