Description: English Language Arts Teacher with TOSWD Endorsement Job Summary: * Foster a nurturing and trusting academic environment* Implement the NJSLA Standards in the delivery of daily academic instruction* Develop learning activities and use differentiated instruction to address the various types of learners* Evaluate student performance based on classwork and common assessments* Collaborate with colleagues in Professional Learning Communities* Provide guidance to Para-Educators* Document and track student performance using various assessments* Utilize technology effectively in daily lessons, including gathering and managing student data as required by the district and school administrator Qualifications: * NJ Teacher of English Certification with TOSWD Endorsement* Familiarity with the use of instructional technology as well as differentiated instruction* Knowledge of effective/creative instructional strategies* Excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with colleagues both inside and outside of the English/Special Education Departments. Working Conditions: District-Wide Salary: Per the HBOE/HEA Agreement Application Procedure: Apply Online via Frontline/AppliTrack.
