As a General Engineer, you will contribute to the development and implementation of projects across our extensive portfolio of nuclear, fossil, and renewable energy sources. Your expertise will drive improvements in system performance, reliability, and efficiency, supporting our mission to power millions of homes and businesses sustainably. Design, analyze, and oversee the development of energy generation projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to innovate and implement improvements in plant efficiency and output. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards in project implementations. Analyze operational data to predict system performance and the need for maintenance and upgrades. Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders and management. Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent project management and communication skills Knowledge of energy systems and their operation Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
