Systems Engineering Integrated Systems (SE Integrated Systems)
department is seeking a Systems Engineer II to support the design
and development of world-class Land and Air Defense Systems. SE
Integrated Systems leads all aspects of systems engineering to
develop complex systems in support of the Raytheon Land and Air
Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury, MA
location.The department supports Raytheon by cultivating a
world-class team of systems thinkers who collaborate to architect
technical solutions to some of the world's toughest challenges. Key
technical domains include Radar Systems and Sensor Netting,
Effector Systems, Battle Management, Command and Control,
Communications, Network Design, Battlespace Integration, and
Interoperability for both domestic and international customers.What
You Will Do Concept and requirements development, including
decomposition and flow-downConcept of Operations (CONOPS)
development and designAlgorithm optimization, research and
development; trade studies to bring new, advanced features to
fielded systemFunctional analysis of real world and test
dataMulti-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain
for an Air and Missile Defense SystemCollaborate with customer to
bring new capabilities to the warfighterQualifications You Must
Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior
relevant experience.Systems Engineering experience.Ability to
obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is
required prior to start date.Qualifications We Prefer Experience
interfacing with external customers.Experience of radar systems
(for example -PATRIOT, LTAMDS, AN/TPY-2 and others)Experience with
both broad, large-scale data analysis and focused root-cause

for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range
provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience
