Job Description:

Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Physician Network Development Director will be accountable for the development and growth of RCCA's business within a defined geographic territory through contracts with providers. This individual will be responsible for selling RCCA's practice management model to oncology and other medical specialty physicians. This position will manage the physician relationships through close to implementation. This person will be the prospective practice's main point of contact from initial conversation through contracting. S/he will be able to understand market dynamics, practice needs, and RCCA's services to be able to offer practice management solutions.Essential Functions:

  • Leverage local physician champions and available market date to generate target lists of practice and physician leads.
  • Manage an active pipeline in multiple target markets
  • Work with marketing teams to effectively communicate RCCA's vision and offerings to the market
  • Identify appropriate solutions for prospective practices
  • Serve as relationship owner for prospective practices
  • Continuous follow-up with interested physician practices and managing opportunities to close.
  • Execute necessary agreement documents with providers
  • Integrate with operational teams to ensure a successful practice on-boarding experience
  • Lead business development meetings from initial conversation through contracting
  • Establish strong, trusting relationships with providersEducation/Experience/Knowledge:Bachelor's degree (B A.) from four-year college or university and at least ten year's related sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience where two year's related experience equals one year of schooling. Related experience assumes a similar healthcare related consultative sales role with:
    • Specific experience and contact with Primary Care Physicians effectively selling intangible ideas/concepts.
    • Experience presenting professional, compelling sales presentations (formal and informal).
    • Ability to establish credibility with physicians, spouses, and staff.
