Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with
e-commerce experience to join our marketing team and manage digital
spend and performance across various marketing channels for our 4
sites. The ideal candidate is someone who will take initiative and
find ways to solve problems to drive results.
SEM/PPC (Search Engine Marketing/Paid Search) is a huge growth
driver for our fast-growing business and a large percentage of
total marketing spend. We're looking for a highly analytical and
strategic digital marketer who can help us optimize our SEM
campaigns and take them to even greater heights and has strong
experience in Google Ads (Bing as well). All candidates MUST have
strong Google Ads experience and be extremely comfortable inside
the platform.
Social Media Marketing (Paid Social Media Marketing, especially
Facebook/Meta Ads) plays an important part of our marketing funnel
as well. This role will plan and manage paid social campaigns,
analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for best
performance.The ideal candidate has experience with both Google Ads
and Social Media Marketing Specialist candidate will be someone who
will take initiative and find ways to solve problems to drive
results using the associated platforms.
--- Drive rapid SEM growth while meeting profitability targets.
You'll be handling the day-to-day management of digital media
search campaigns with a heavy focus on getting the best ROI.---
Optimize our bidding strategy across thousands of keywords for
various brands.--- Strategize, execute and manage a variety of
Facebook/Meta ad campaigns from conception to creative to execution
to analysis.--- Constantly measure and optimize campaign
performance. Establish benchmarks and recommend future tests.---
Optimizing campaigns for the lowest possible cost per result and
overall positive ROI daily--- Scale and automate campaign creation,
bidding, etc. and work closely with our Digital Director to
implement them.--- Work with our team to continually test the full
marketing funnel, including ad copy and landing page optimization
and remarketing--- Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, Remarketing
(Criteo), Native (Taboola), Meta/Facebook--- A strategic and
analytical thinker and strong communicator. You're comfortable in
the weeds and thinking big picture. You'll be asked to identify
risks and opportunities for the channels.
Skills and Requirements
--- 2-4 Years of Google Ads Experience Required (actively building
and managing accounts) - required--- 2+ years of paid FB Ads
Management experience (preferred)--- Experience in digital
marketing and e-commerce (including shopping ads)--- History of
achieving profitable ROAS--- Comfortable using Google Analytics---
Ability to analyze data to optimize for strong performance---
Ability to conduct keyword and ad research, analysis, and find
opportunities for keyword expansion--- Highly self-motivated,
resourceful, self-starter, with the ability to think outside the
box--- Ability to work in a fast-paced, open, and entrepreneurial
environment--- Excellent verbal, written, and communication
skills--- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail---
Working knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising technology,
including targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and more---
Both agency and in-house experience is a plus--- Experience with
Bing and other paid search platforms is a plus -
Salary: $60,000.00
