The main focus will be on data for marketing, strategy and communication plans, working closely with Wunderman Thompson clients. Encourage the development of quantitative analysis models, ad hoc reports and models to support marketing decision making. What you'll do: Determine, analyze and maintain marketing metrics to identify case-effect relationships between marketing actions and user and/or business behavior metrics. Work with data engineers to define data structures, site tagging, data ingestion of digital assets. Lead and work hands-on in the development of client and proprietary data warehousing, reporting and artificial intelligence solutions across a diverse range of industries and functional disciplines. Ability to articulate compelling and persuasive business proposals that embrace our clients' requirements. Who you are:* Statistician, engineer, mathematician, economist or other related quantitative field. Master's degree or specialization in data intelligence, data analytics or computer science.* More than seven (7) years of experience in Data Analytics. Five (5)+ years of experience leading analytics, engineering or data science teams. Proven experience in leading data-driven projects from definition and execution, generating impact and influencing marketing and business decision making.* Experience working with datasets from various digital media platforms. Ability to understand and interpret data in ways that can be understood by business stakeholders. Experience with artificial intelligence tools. Developing proprietary models or using third party API's.* Proven experience communicating and presenting the use of insights to influence senior executives, clients and colleagues.* Experience communicating in technical and marketing language.
