Head of Integrated Operations; Brand and Digital Experience Team As the Head of Integrated Operations on the Global Brand and Digital Experience team, you'll play a pivotal and hands-on role in helping our organization adapt to the ever-changing Cognizant landscape, setting ourselves apart from competitors in the fast-moving technology services industry. Functioning as chief of staff, you'll leverage exceptional relationship-building skills, keen organizational strategic planning and effective management skills to lead initiatives and work across the team to mature operations and build cohesion and create an environment where the collective organization thrives. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Support the Senior Vice President and leadership team with all elements of a mature operational foundation, including: a. Complete end-to-end budget management and tracking in partnership with Marketing Operations team b. Oversee development of creative capacity and utilization methodology and reporting c. Guide priorities and use of key tools and platforms across the team such as Workfront, Allocadia, etc. d. Manage quarterly business review across the organization 2. Build a strategic, sustainable and consistent engagement and communications cadence for the global team, including: a. Bimonthly internal team email creation and distribution b. Monthly all-team meeting organization, content planning and execution c. Quarterly look-back, look-ahead facilitation - as part of QBR d. Operational cadence across all team meetings 3. Assist the leadership team as part of broader Global Marketing organization priorities and involvement a. Global Marketing Spotlight calendar topic management on behalf of GBCDA b. Team roadshow deck creation and management c. Special projects and new initiatives, as needed 4. Establish strategy and process to enable talent development conversations and recognition a. Monthly People Council facilitation and involvement

• Assist with priority staffing process and needs
• Quarterly recognition program nominations and submissions
• Onboarding documentation and guidance 5. Build and grow team culture and connection - both in-person (as applicable) and virtually --- Virtual team building - Bell ringers, happy file, photo share, etc. --- Global map of team member locations --- Team volunteer initiative Foster a spirit of positivity, problem-solving and strategic thinking that inspires others to understand and appreciate our team culture Partner with key leaders across the team on priority requests that are in need of team and project leadership The ideal candidate: Has 15+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and operations roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Global 500 company Is a creative, high-functioning problem-solver to keep projects moving at top speed, even in challenging and ambiguous circumstances Is a lifelong learner, eager to understand the nuances of complex business dynamics across a global team Enjoys collaborating with others, embodying Cognizant's values by treating people with respect within and outside the team and the company Ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage in meaningful dialogue across levels and roles In order to: Partner well with the internal leadership team and stakeholders across the business to gain helpful feedback/insights, address key areas for improvement and opportunity, and deliver operational excellence Work closely with our leaders to cascade key messages, updates, and information to be shared across the organization for greater communication, visibility and transparency
