Job Description:


  • Responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve a company's final products and processes in order to meet established quality standards.

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    Includes the following and other duties may be assigned:


    • Review, edits & completes documents
    • Scans, verifies, and maintains batch records and controlled documentation
    • Provides training to incoming personnel and ensures compliance with departmental procedures
    • Reviews SOPs annually
    • CAR T Studies
    • Versed in FACT (learnable) *FACT handbook needs to be understood completely, chapter and verse* Convert these requirements into reality-based guidelines at JTCC
    • Understand SOP structure
    • Create documents to help nurses follow programs/procedures
    • Real time audits
    • Manage supplies and ordering, vetting vendors
    • Works closely with peers to streamline (staying in sync is critical)
    • QA on machines & cleaning of machines
    • Streamline processes
    • Assists in maintaining and tracking/trending deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
    • Run/maintain annual reports
    • Quarterly audits on every collection
    • Other duties as assigned

        Education and experience:

        Must be a RN experience. Clinical background is very important; Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field; Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance; Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.

        Required Certificates, Licenses:

        Active Registered Nurse license.

        Physical demands:

        Sits constantly with occasional walking.
