As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and medical histories of patients
• Diagnose acute illnesses, injuries, and infections
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education and counseling on health and wellness issues
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice
• Complete assessment for new patients admitted to the service, and complete plan of care
• Order lab and diagnostic tests for patients in the service as appropriate to formulate diagnosis, develop treatment plan
• Review lab results and diagnostic tests
• Performs comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and mental examinations, including developmental and functional status determination.
• Interprets x-rays, with assistance from physician, in order to formulate diagnosis Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in a hospital, primary clinic, minute clinic or urgent care setting
  • Prefer to have experience working in an emergency department or emergency room
  • Prefer to possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work independently
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
