The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will oversee a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The center primarily sees Musculoskeletal cases and has five Operating Rooms. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will enjoy working in a supportive environment with over 40 dedicated full-time employees. The Administrator will work closely with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager, Physicians, and Operating Room Nurses.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will be heavily involved in the day-to-day management and the long-term planning and goals of both outpatient surgical facilities. Both the center's internal performance and outward growth functions will heavily rely on the ASC Administrator. This individual will oversee performance-enhancing and process-improving tasks like invoicing, staffing, and cost containment. Additionally, the Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will work closely with the Medical Director and QAPI Chairman to support the maintenance of Joint Commission projects, quality assessments, and other regulatory compliance.
