*Pay Median: $85.00/hr or $3400/wk - $105/hr or $4200/wk*

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Pharmacist to join an acute care pharmacy team on a full-time contract basis. This role supports medication preparation, sterile compounding, and electronic health record review to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes.

*Roles and Responsibilities*
* Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions.
* Review and interpret physician orders and detect therapeutic incompatibilities.
* Prepare and compound sterile products in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Manage the pharmacy dispensing system and maintain accurate patient records.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure best pharmaceutical care practices.
* Participate in inventory management and ensure compliance with medication storage protocols.
* Provide support across various shifts including nights and weekends as scheduled.

*Skills Required:*
* Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience.
* Hospital Experience
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
* Sterile processing and IV room experience.
* Proficiency with pharmacy dispensing systems.
