Overview Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, Eric Bentolila, M.D., PA, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious care center in Ridgewood, NJ. About the Practice: The practice currently has 2 top?notch OB/GYN physicians as well as a great support staff. The practice has built up a solid patient base over the 23 years they have been serving women in the Northern NJ area. Practice is located in Ridgewood, NJ. Deliveries and GYN surgeries are done at The Valley Hospital. Ridgewood Valley Hospital has a level 3 NICU unit, hospitalist support, robotics for specialized GYN surgical procedures, and an OB/GYN residency program that started in July 2024. This is a great opportunity for a graduating resident or an experienced physician to join a practice that is growing, in a great location, and will provide them with a great career working in many facets of women's health. Practice Highlights: * Ridgewood Valley Hospital provides the practice with hospitalist support, Level III NICU, and robotics for specialized GYN procedures * Established practice that has built up a solid patient base for over 20 years. * Clinic Patient Census: ~25/day * Call is 1 day per week and 1 in 6 weekend call * Post call day off * Experienced physicians that can provide mentorship to a graduating resident or younger physician to help make the transition into private practice. * Practice is open to part time or full time schedules. * Salary for Board?Eligible Physicians $325,000 * Salary starting for Board?Certified Physicians at $375,000 * 4 weeks of vacation to start. * Relocation assistance available * Sign?on Bonus and Retention Bonus * Eligible for collections/productivity?based income model after 2 years with the practice City/Location Highlights * Built around its train station and town square, the Village of Ridgewood has all the luxuries of a suburban oasis.
