Advanced Cardiac Imaging in Northern New Jersey Step into a rare opportunity to build and lead a cardiac imaging program across a growing multi-specialty organization in Northern New Jersey. This role is designed for a fellowship-trained cardiac imager who seeks meaningful influence, clinical variety, and the opportunity to shape how imaging is delivered across multiple sites while remaining active in general cardiology. Practice Details Launch and lead a new cardiac imaging service line across four established multi-specialty hubs Initial focus of approximately 75 percent imaging and 25 percent general cardiology, with flexibility over time Full spectrum imaging, including CT, MRI, echo, nuclear, and EKG interpretation Functional leadership role guiding imaging standards, workflow, and integration across the group Imaging supported by Fuji PACS and Athena EMR systems Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday schedule No weekend clinic responsibilities Minimal to no inpatient work based on clinical preference Call structure determined collaboratively during the interview process Primary site flexible, with travel between locations to support imaging coverage Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary with additional quality and productivity incentives Signing bonus available Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME allowance, malpractice with tail, and generous PTO Retirement plan with immediate vesting, paid licensure, commuter benefits, and family planning support Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Cardiology with fellowship training in Advanced Cardiac Imaging Proficient across all major cardiac imaging modalities At least one year of post-training experience required About Northern New Jersey Northern New Jersey offers access to some of the most desirable suburban communities in the region, with excellent schools, vibrant neighborhoods, and easy connections to New York City.
