Workplace Type: On-site Job Location: Pawling, New York, United States Job Type: Full-time (SNF – Skilled Nursing Facility) Starting Date: Immediate Job Details / Responsibilities: Provide skilled occupational therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Evaluate patients’ physical and functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy interventions to improve patients’ independence in daily living activities. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team. Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
