Ivy Rehab is actively seeking a dedicated and visionary Clinic Director & Partner to lead our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operational, financial, and administrative functions of one of our outpatient clinics. The individual will be instrumental in driving the clinic's success through leadership, strategic planning, and enhancing patient care services. Furthermore, as a partner, the role entails sharing in both the responsibilities and profits of the clinic, providing a unique opportunity to directly contribute to and benefit from the clinic's success. Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Ivy Rehab's standards. Develop and implement strategies for patient care services enhancement, operational efficiency, and staff development. Manage clinic's budget, financial planning, and resources allocation. Lead, recruit, and train a high-performing team to uphold the quality of care provided. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to maintain and improve service standards. Participate in marketing and community events to promote the clinic and develop professional relationships. Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and industry trends. Proven leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong financial acumen and capacity to manage budgets Adept at strategic planning and problem-solving Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy or related field license Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., FACHE) is preferred
