Emergency Department Registered Nurses (ED RNs) who are ready to
provide exceptional care during critical moments. Our ED RNs
deliver specialized and innovative services while managing a
diverse array of emergency situations for patients of all ages.
These nurses are trained to handle various trauma cases, requiring
quick and decisive actions. Ideal candidates will possess the
ability to rapidly and accurately assess incoming patients and
prioritize medical needs, effectively addressing both physical and
mental health conditions. Required Skills & Experience - A minimum
of 18 months of nursing experience in an Emergency Department
environment. - ED experience within the last six months. -
Demonstrated performance and practice in nursing care. - Strong
clinical knowledge and analytical abilities for effective care
planning. - A wide range of professional nursing skills. -
Effective communication skills to engage with patients, families,
and hospital staff. Required Certifications & Licensure - New
Jersey State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state
compact license. - BLS-AHA Certification. - ACLS Certification. -
Telemetry Certification. - PALS Certification. - NIHSS
Certification. - CEU Contact Stroke - 4 hours. Schedule Notes Our
Emergency Department operates a busy unit with a nurse-to-patient
ratio of 1:6. The schedule is for the night shift from 7:00 PM to
7:30 AM, with every other weekend and three out of six holidays
required. Floating within the facility to similar units may be
