Job Description Job Description Description: Overview: We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team as a Quality Assurance Supervisor. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician who is passionate about clinical integrity, treatment plan quality, and ensuring smooth insurance processes for our clients and team. 15 billable hour requirement. Hybrid, remote. Key Responsibilities: Review and ensure the clinical quality of all treatment plans across the organization. Collaborate closely with Billing to prepare and submit treatment plans to insurance companies. Complete and manage insurance appeals as needed. Provide support and oversight to ensure documentation and clinical standards are met. Maintain a small caseload of billable hours (remote and/or in-person). Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong experience writing insurance-required treatment plans. Preferred: Experience completing insurance appeals. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Requirements:
