Anesthesiologist Opportunity - Clifton, New Jersey area We are
seeking a dedicated Pain Management- Outpatient Anesthesiologist to
join a dynamic team at a state-of-the-art surgical center in
Clifton, New Jersey. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus
initially on 50% pain management cases, with a clear path to lead
and expand our pain management program to a full-time practice. You
will work on diverse cases, including orthopedics, neurosurgery,
and general surgery, in a collaborative, patient-centered
environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert pain management
and anesthesia care for outpatient procedures. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Drive the growth of the pain management program through innovative
care models. Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and
satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and
staff training. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Base Salary
: Starting at $450,000 base salary, with performance-based
