Berkshire Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. This role involves assisting physical therapists in the rehabilitation and recovery of our patients, utilizing therapeutic techniques in a supportive and caring environment. The successful candidate will contribute to treatment plans, implement exercises, and monitor progress while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Assist Physical Therapists in administering treatment plans Implement patient-specific physical interventions Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and families on post-therapy care Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Knowledge of healthcare safety and infection control policies Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
