The ideal candidate will assist in the rehabilitation process under the supervision of our licensed Physical Therapists, helping patients regain movement and manage pain following illnesses, injuries, or surgery. Applicants should share our commitment to enhancing patient quality of life through tailored therapy and compassionate care. Implementing treatment plans designed by the physical therapist. Documenting patient responses to therapy Educating patients and family members about post-therapy care Maintaining a clean and safe therapy environment Assisting physical therapists with tests and evaluations Communicating patient progress to the therapy team and family members Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands such as moving patients Attention to detail Empathy and patience Basic computer and documentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Licensed or certified to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant as required by state law
