Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Rochelle Park, NJ Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,666 to $1,866 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position We’re hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you’ll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders Minimum Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program. Current NJ state respiratory licensure in good standing. One year experience as an RRT. BLS certification. Experience with invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilators, oxygen delivery devices, nebulizers, and suctioning procedures. Experience performing arterial puncture, oximetry, capnography, and 12-lead EKGs with basic arrhythmia recognition. Experience with tracheostomy care and endotracheal tube insertion or removal, including video laryngoscope systems. Experience assisting with bronchoscopy, chest tube management, and pleural drainage devices where applicable. Ability to perform pulmonary function studies (e.g., NIF, VC) and adhere to hospital lab specimen handling and quality control policies. ACLS certification preferred.
