Active Pennsylvania physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Prior experience treating geriatric populations, post-acute care, or patients with complex medical comorbidities preferred.
