On this position you will provide basic regulatory, quality and document compliance support to internal and external customers in order to ensure that all documentation requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements, quality programs and corporate guidelines. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESDocumentation and Compliance SupportRespond to documentation requests from internal and external clients in a timely mannerInterface with regional and global teams to collect ingredient information required to respond to customer inquiries Use Givaudan systems to complete tasks and manage dataGenerate technical reports, statements, questionnaires and declarations for internal and external clientsAssist in completion of customer questionnaires as directed Interact with commercial teams as guided to provide documentation and compliance support regarding commercial ingredients Assist Regulatory and Technical Support Managers and Specialists as necessary with documentation compliance mattersHelp identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities that require documentation and compliance supportAcademic BackgroundUniversity / Bachelor's Degree in scientific or technical area (preferred Chemistry, Biochemistry, Toxicology or related degree, e.g. Pharmacology)Professional ExperienceSome previous documentation, quality or regulatory experience welcomeTechnical SkillsGood English, local language essentialStrong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products, Google SuiteBasic knowledge of ingredients industry and regulatory requirements; understanding of flavors industry a plus Basic understanding of business processes and internal systemsStrong attention to detailYour future employer?Givaudan is the global leader in the creation of flavours and fragrances.
