Job Description Job Description Chief of Staff to the CIO Our
client is seeking a highly organized, resilient Chief of Staff to
the CIO to provide coverage during a medical leave, with the
potential to extend or convert. This role partners directly with
the CIO to drive execution, coordination, and communication across
technology domains during a critical period of 2026 strategy
planning. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management
skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to operate
confidently in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.
Location: Boston, MA or New York, NY - (Hybrid onsite schedule,
three days per week) Compensation: This job is expected to pay
about $70 - $80/HR W2 No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role
What You'll Do: Partner directly with the CIO to support execution
of strategic initiatives and day-to-day priorities Create and
deliver executive-level presentations, briefings, and updates for
senior leadership Coordinate information sharing across domain
leaders and their teams to ensure alignment and transparency Track
action items, decisions, dependencies, and follow-ups to maintain
operational discipline Support enterprise-wide 2026 strategy
planning efforts and ongoing stakeholder communications What Gets
You the Job: Proven experience working with senior executives in a
Chief of Staff, program management, or similar role Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent written and
verbal communication skills, including executive presentation
development Ability to operate with professionalism, discretion,
and thick skin in a high-visibility environment Experience
navigating complex stakeholder relationships across technical and
