(Hardware Support) Location: Onsite Duration: 6?Month Contract
Schedule: 5 Days Onsite Required Play a key role in supporting end
users by ensuring their technology runs smoothly and reliably.
We’re seeking a hands?on Desktop Support Technician with strong
hardware experience to provide day?to?day technical support in a
fast?paced, professional environment. What You’ll Be Doing Provide
day-to-day desktop and hardware support for end users Set up,
configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and
peripherals Resolve Windows-related issues and accurately document
incidents for escalation Support wireless devices, printers, and
basic networking connectivity Deliver high-quality customer service
while supporting users onsite Required Skills 2 years of hands-on
hardware and desktop support experience (required) Experience
setting up and supporting workstations Strong working knowledge of
Windows 10/11 Ability to troubleshoot common desktop, hardware, and
peripheral issues Prior desktop/hardware support experience is a
must Nice to Have Desktop troubleshooting experience in an
enterprise environment Experience supporting Windows in a corporate

is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
