Job Details Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and continuously
refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best
practices, governance, and processes for GDATS Due Diligence. Lead
the MA&D Due diligence activity, ensuring alignment with
enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives. Drive due
diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure with
supported vendors where applicable to identify risks,
opportunities, and synergy potential. Manage vendor contracts for
IT MA&D activity to optimize scalability and cost efficiency.
Establish Due Diligence KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes
to GDATS leadership and executive stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and
inspire a team of technology MA&D subject matter experts.
Qualifications 12 years of progressive leadership experience in
technology integration, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology
integrations across multiple geographies. Deep knowledge of
enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Lakes, Cloud,
Cybersecurity). Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate
across senior leadership levels. Proven experience in building
integration playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree & MBA or advanced degree required. Leadership
Competencies Strategic, enterprise-wide thinker with ability to
design scalable frameworks. Skilled connector and communicator who
builds trust across senior leadership teams. Results-driven leader
focused on execution, speed, and precision. Agile and adaptable in
