skilled and experienced Trust and Estate Attorney with a strong
background in stock exchange and corporate law to join our
prestigious legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep
understanding of trust and estate planning, combined with a proven
track record of handling complex legal matters related to stock
exchange transactions, corporate governance, and mergers and
acquisitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide
comprehensive legal counsel to high-net-worth clients and corporate
entities while navigating intricate legal
landscapes.Responsibilities:Provide expert legal advice and
guidance on all aspects of trust and estate planning, including the
creation, administration, and distribution of trusts and
estates.Collaborate with clients to develop tailored estate plans
that align with their financial goals, family dynamics, and unique
circumstances.Advise clients on strategies for wealth preservation,
tax optimization, and asset protection through trusts, wills, and
other estate planning tools.Oversee the preparation and review of
legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and
advanced healthcare directives.Draft and review corporate
contracts, agreements, and governance documents to ensure
compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Provide legal
counsel on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other corporate
transactions, with a focus on minimizing legal risks and maximizing
client value.Conduct legal research to stay current with evolving
laws, regulations, and best practices related to trust and estate
planning, stock exchange activities, and corporate law.Represent
clients in negotiations, mediations, and, if necessary, litigation
related to trust, estate, stock exchange, and corporate
matters.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
collaborating attorneys, financial advisors, and other relevant
professionals.Participate in business development efforts,
including client presentations, seminars, and networking events to
expand the firm's client base.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school; Admission to the New Jersey
bar is required.Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
with a focus on trust and estate planning, stock exchange
transactions, and corporate law.Demonstrated expertise in handling
complex trust and estate matters, including drafting comprehensive
estate plans and navigating tax implications.Proven track record of
advising clients on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions,
and divestitures.Excellent analytical, research, and
problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.Exceptional
communication and negotiation abilities, both written and
verbal.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities,
and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong business
acumen and the ability to provide strategic legal counsel that
aligns with clients' financial objectives.Proficiency in relevant
legal software and research tools.Preferred Qualifications:Advanced
degree or certification in taxation or estate planning.Previous
experience working in a reputable law firm or in-house legal
department.Published articles, presentations, or thought leadership
in the field of trust and estate planning, stock exchange
