Weinberger Divorce & Family Law Group is seeking dedicated family law attorneys/partners throughout New Jersey. Responsibilities:
--- Prepare Family Law related documents including pleadings and correspondence.
--- Provide legal counsel and strategy to clients by analyzing their needs and determining the proper course of action.
--- Represent clients in court.
--- Must be prepared to step in and handle pieces of existing family law cases; as well as handle new cases as part of a team, from initial consultation to trial.

Qualifications:
--- Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey.
--- Minimum of 3 years of family law experience but more experience preferred.
--- Capable of handling own caseload with independent decision-making and some trial experience.
--- Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
--- Self-motivated and organized.
--- Excellent research skills.
--- An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
