Drafting trust and estate documents tailored to clients needs and goals ? Hosting consultations and client meetings in-person and remotely to execute signatures, answer questions, and conduct business succession planning ? Working alongside financial advisors to ensure plans are in place for clients ? Drafting, reviewing and executing complex estate and business planning documents such as buy/sell agreements, life insurance trusts, GST Trusts, and charitable remainder trusts ? Field client phone calls and succinctly explain complex concepts Requirements ? JD Degree and admitted in NJ ? 3 years of Trusts and Estates experience ? Experience working with both high net worth and business clients ? An ability to explain legal concepts to clients, ensuring they understand their estate plan ? Client relation skills with a strong sense of empathy for client situations ? Ability to independently handle an estate planning file from consultation to closing ? A positive attitude and independence to manage their own day Bonus Experience (Not Required) ? A business planning background ? An LLM degree ?
