Real Estate Associate Attorney (3-5 Years) – New York, NY
Location: New York, NY Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation:
$160,000 - $200,000 (Based on Experience) What You'll Do Handle a
broad range of real estate transactions , including acquisitions,
dispositions, financing, and leasing on a national level . Assist
clients through all phases of real estate deals, including
negotiation, due diligence, financing, closing, and leasing . Draft
and review purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan documents,
and other transactional contracts . Conduct title and survey
reviews and work on zoning and land use matters . Ensure compliance
with local, state, and federal real estate laws while providing
strategic counsel. Work closely with lenders, developers,
investors, and other stakeholders in complex transactions.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop client
relationships and business opportunities . What You'll Bring Juris
Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school . 3-5 years of
experience in real estate transactions at a law firm. Strong
knowledge of real estate financing, commercial leasing,
acquisitions, and dispositions . Excellent contract drafting,
negotiation, and analytical skills . Ability to manage multiple
complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. Licensed to
practice law in New York or ability to obtain admission. Strong
client-service mindset with excellent communication and
