Compensation First year expected earnings $76,000 Breakdown pay: $24.50/hour Referral bonus available Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks Low cost benefits starting 1st of the month after 60 days Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug Life insurance after 60 days Sick days available, vary by location Personal days available, vary by location Vacation days available, vary by locations Paid Holidays: $226.00 per holiday as long as the driver works the day before and the day after 401K after 60 days Union Pension Profit sharing Clean DOT stop awards – AMEX gift cards Home time, Route & Schedule Home Daily Start and end your day in Warminster, PA Monday-Friday, (Plan to work 2 weekend a month – seniority picks first) AM start times: 4am-6am PM start times: 5pm No touch freight on PM shift Route: PA – Tri State PA – NJ – Delaware – Occ Maryland Once a day, expect to hand unload empty steel drums, takes about 1.5 hours (about 30 -35 lbs each) - This location requires steel toe boots. Everything after that is all drop & hook Equipment Modern clean fleet with late model equipment Automatic Transmission Outward facing dashcam Requirements Must have valid CDL A License 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience Must be at least 24 years old Acceptable MVR and criminal history Must be located within 30 miles of Warminster, PA System Freight, Inc. believes in diversity.
