Job Description:
We currently have an opportunity for a Employee Benefits
Coordinator with a growing law firm in the Hackensack, New Jersey
area (zip code 07601). This is ahybrid position - 50% from home and
50% in the office.Position responsibilities are:- Serve as a
primary point of contact for all employees regarding benefits
matters, including 401K, FMLA, FSA, worker's compensation claims,
maternity, life insurance and disability- Partner and communicate
with employee benefits needs to vendors including 401K adviser, FSA
provider, life and health insurance brokers- Communicate with state
agencies regarding employment verifications as well as filing
maternity, worker's compensation, FMLA and disability Position
requirements are:- At least 3 years of employee benefits experience
in a law firm- Excellent HR leadership and client relations skills
in the areas of benefits administration and employee relations -
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency with
MS Office- Demonstrated problem-solving skills including
conflict-resolution andnegotiation skills
