Job Description:

A renowned medical organization is looking to immediately hire several Full-time/Part-time highly experienced, and compassionate Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioners in Paramus, NJ. The WHNP candidate must have at least 3 years of experience and an active NJ medical license. The organization offers $75-$85 per hour, plus hefty employment packages including paid time off (PTO), medical, malpractice insurance, and CME.The medical center boasts a dedicated support staff proficient in triaging and phlebotomy, ensuring comprehensive care. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a board-certified OBG/YN MD, readily available around the clock.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive women's, primary and urgent care healthcare to women, including gynecological care, family planning, prenatal and postpartum care, and menopausal management, Conduct assessments, examinations, and screenings to diagnose and treat common women's health conditions such as menstrual disorders, urinary tract infections, STIs, and menopausal symptoms, Offer family planning services, including contraceptive counseling and education on various birth control methods, Manage prenatal and postpartum care, including monitoring fetal development, high-risk pregnancies, and providing emotional support, and Collaborate with healthcare teams, maintain accurate patient records, stay updated on research and guidelines, and adhere to legal and ethical standards.Qualifications:Board-Certified Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health, Active NJ Medical license, 3 years of experience, Excellent communication skills, Effective time management skills, and High organizational skills.ScheduleWeekday plus some weekendJob Type:Full-time.Pay level:$75-$85 per hour.Benefits:Health insurance, $1000- and 3-days CME per year, 21 days PTO per year, and Malpractice insurance.Work location:On the center, Paramus-NJ
