• Exciting projectsJob DetailsResponsibilities:1. Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative architectural designs for a diverse range of projects, including retail, commercial..2. Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural drafts and 3D models.3. Prepare comprehensive construction documents in line with project requirements and industry standards.4. Employ Sketchup and Revit to create realistic renderings and virtual tours of proposed structures.5. Participate in client meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations to ensure client satisfaction and project success.6. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.7. Continually stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and standards, applying this knowledge to your work.8. Assist in the management of project timelines, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and within budget.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably within the engineering industry.3. Proficiency in CAD drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.4. Extensive experience in preparing construction documents.5. Expertise in Sketchup and Revit, with the ability to create detailed 3D models and realistic renderings.6. Experience in retail design is highly desirable.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.8. Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.9.
