The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for managing warranty claims, and utilizing computer literacy skills to input and track warranty information. Must have experience and full knowledge of policy and procedure set by Ford Motor Company Requirements:Qualifications Warranty Administration and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills Computer Literacy proficiency Attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in automotive warranty administration is a plus Multi-tasker and problem solving CDK is a plus We offer a great compensation plan, including a company benefit package.
