Job Description:
Senior Brand Manager Location: New York, NY We are a New
York-based lifestyle brand built around comfort-driven footwear and
the belief that everyday should feel like vacation. Designed for
slow mornings, leisure rituals, and the in-between moments that
make life feel good. We are looking for a Brand Manager who will
own the glue of our marketing. You will make sure every campaign,
partnership, and customer touchpoint shows up with consistency and
intention, and that our existing customers feel as valued as our
new ones. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks in
brand narratives, knows how to build retention infrastructure that
actually feels human, and can coordinate big moments across
channels without losing the plot. Key Responsibilities Retention
Marketing Oversee our retention marketing agency, ensuring email,
SMS, and lifecycle programs are executed on-brand and hitting
performance targets. Support the build of post-purchase journeys
that deepen loyalty and drive repeat purchase. Develop and manage a
retention calendar tied to the broader campaign and collaboration
calendar. Brand Consistency Serve as the internal guardian of brand
voice, look, and feel across all channels. Own copy across
touchpoints: product descriptions, website, email, campaign
messaging, press releases. Ensure wholesale partners and retail
accounts present the brand in alignment with company guidelines.
360 Campaign Execution Partner with our marketing team to concept
campaign stories that serve as the leading narrative for each
subsequent marketing touchpoint. Use out-of-the-box thinking to
bring new ideas and channels into the marketing mix. Own the
campaign calendar and ensure every collaboration or product launch
lands cohesively. Own the end-to-end rollout of every campaign and
collaboration launch, ensuring each channel goes live on time, in
the right sequence, and with the right energy. Manage the marketing
budget across campaigns, tracking spend and ensuring resources are
allocated to the highest-impact moments. Partnerships Develop
compelling one-pagers and concept presentations for partners that
bring campaign ideas to life. Support communication and
coordination with brand collaborators and experiential partners.
Ensure partner-facing materials, briefs, and brand guidelines are
always current and on-brand. Serve as a connective point between
internal teams and external partners during active campaigns.
