Combined with our industry leading, patented, and proprietary On-Site Chiller Services and Global Energy Services we lead the way in lifecycle management of refrigerants and our commitment to the environment.Position Overview The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the timely movement of raw materials and finished goods into and out of manufacturing locations, warehouses, and to distributors and other stakeholders nationally and internationally. In this role, you will participate in vendor selection, segmentation, and other initiatives and projects to improve performance, quality, and cost. Your work will contribute to achieving financial targets by ensuring costs are in line with budget and other initiatives. You will be a key player in achieving customer satisfaction objectives by delivering products on time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Selecting and negotiating brokers for FTL and LTL shipments.
• Arranging for international shipments to and from rail locations and maritime ports.
• Generating international shipment documentation.
• Negotiating and procuring ISO chassis and other owned or leased assets.
• Generating BOLs and other documentation.
• Delivering bulk product to customers using ISO tanks and tank trucks. Recording activity in our systems.
• Reviewing and reporting transportation expenses.
• Reviewing and approving international transportation expenses / payment.
• Participating in initiatives and projects related to target settings and reviews. Required Skills and Experience:
  • Highschool diploma / GED.
  • 5+ years experience in Logistics.
  • We value additional work experience in supply chain relevant functions.
  • Experience negotiating with transportation brokers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Compensation details: 43000-45000 Yearly SalaryPIcba5f4c9c69c-26289-34396391
