GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONOur Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction on all inbound conversations via phone, email and chat. The ideal candidate will maintain optimum level of performance while consistently incorporating the highest quality of standards. They will continuously support the Customer Service process and maintain a high degree of professionalism when communicating with the end consumer as well as the internal team.We are committed to delivering the absolute best customer experience for our clients in everything we do and this starts with you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform telephone customer service functions while maintaining expected levels of performance in the areas of productivity, quality, professionalism and dependability. Functions to include processing of orders, address and privacy changes, problem resolution, providing order updates about delivery, order status, billing and returns. Communicate customer trends, issues and feedback to supervisor and other appropriate individuals. Provide accurate record keeping, paperwork and system processing. With the assistance from management team will maintain the highest level of systems, product and sales knowledge.Perform other duties as assigned

  • Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including grammar, voice and diction.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Demonstrated excellence in dependability.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced work environment.
  • PC proficient.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
