A local professional school is searching for a part time
Education Customer Service Representative, as part of our Student
Customer Care Team.
This position will be very hands on with our students. And
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Answering phone inquiries
* Databasing and entering students into various systems
* Responding to emails, chats, and texts
* Onboarding new students
* Speaking to online classes
* Moderating some in-person evening classes.
* Other projects as they arise
Working with the Senior Education Customer Service Representative
and Director to assure that students are comfortable attending
class, are meeting goals, and have their questions or concerns
We are looking for someone who is very comfortable on the phone and
is a people person. We are known for our supportive and attentive
Must be reliable and a team player - Everyone is extremely
important in our organization and your teammates are counting on
You must have a working knowledge of MS Office, Google Business
Suite and be adept to picking up new online programs.
Past experience in a high paced, high phone volume customer service
environment is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Hackensack, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before
