We are seeking a motivated and Health Insurance Agent to join our thriving insurance agency; you will play a crucial role in our agency's success by closing sales and managing incoming calls. Requirements:
Strong sales and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Punctuality and ability to work on Saturdays, at least twice a month.
Shift Hours: 10-6, Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities:
Close and work every call that comes through your phone.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Compensation:
Base Salary: $15 per hour.
Commission is 60% of the premium sold for life insurance and $15 per deal with 60% of add-ons for health insurance, providing an excellent opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
