Job Description:

• 7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
• Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
• Experience with agile Development (Scrum Practice).
• Implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products financial services cloud and APIs.
• Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design architecture and development using Salesforce.com); certification preferred.
• Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.Responsibilities:
  • Implementing deep business knowledge of Salesforce Lightning to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement.
  • Comfortable in high-level business discussions with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Point of contact for customer executives and offshore team.
  • Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy.
  • Gathering and transforming business needs and requirements and communicating back to offshore team.
  • Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
  • Assists in quality management reviews and ensures that all business and design requirements are met.
  • Ensure the solution is built for the long-term and can take a company from one customer to one million customers seamlessly.Recommended:
    • 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce developer.
    • 2+ years of experience on Community Portal, Mobile Publisher and AppExchange evaluation/installation solutions.
    • Experience with service industry & CRM implementation.
