long-term value. We are seeking two self-motivated Entry-Level
Inside Sales & Business Development Associates to join our teamone
supporting the EVERWhite division and one supporting the Everase
division. This position is ideal for someone who wants hands-on
experience in inside sales, customer engagement, and business
development. Youll work closely with experienced team members to
manage accounts, support sales initiatives, and help grow both
product lines. This role is designed to build real sales
experiencenot just take orders. This role is not a fit if you are
looking for a purely customer service position or do not enjoy
proactive outreach. Responsibilities Work with the sales team to
support sales efforts and business development initiatives Drive
sales to institutional, commercial, and education-based customers
across the U.S. Assist with expanding international sales
opportunities through lead development and outreach Communicate
with customers including administrators, facilities teams, and key
decision-makers Promote cost-saving and sustainability benefits of
extending the life of existing products Identify and develop new
leads through outbound calls, emails, referrals, trade outreach,
and social media Build and support a dealer, distributor, or
installer network Conduct virtual and occasional in-person product
presentations and demonstrations Manage customer orders from
initial quote through final order completion and handoff
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, production
coordination, and project scope Maintain accurate CRM records,
sales pipelines, and activity tracking Research on customer needs,
market trends, and competitor offerings Support monthly and annual
sales goals through consistent follow-up and relationship
management Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred but not
required Interest in sales, account management, or customer-facing
roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable
with outbound prospecting and follow-up Organized, detail-oriented,
and self-motivated Ability to build professional relationships with
customers and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM
experience is a plus Located within 30 minutes of Warminster, PA
preferred Willingness to travel occasionally Benefits Full-time,
